Q: What is Delta Tree's return policy? 

A: ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RECEIPT. NO EXCEPTIONS. Delta Tree will issue store credit or all returns (not to exceed $200 total) in the form of a gift card of equal value - no cash or credit card refunds. 

There are no returns on the following items 

  • ALL sale/promotion items

  • 20 gallon containers or larger 

  • All bedding plants (which includes all 2 inch, 4 inch, 6 inch, 6 pack, and groundcover)

  • Hard goods which includes pottery, fountains, garden ornaments, etc. 

  • Soils, fertilizers, and amendments  


Q: Does Delta offer a warranty on purchases? 

A: Yes. We offer a one year warranty on plants; one time replacement per item only. Warranty does not exceed $200 value. Excluded from this warranty are 20 gallon containers or larger, all bedding plants, hardgoods, soils, and fertilizers. 

Q: Is Delta Tree Farms open to the public?

A: Yes, we are open to retail customers.


Q: Does Delta Tree Farms provide landscape design services?

A: We do not provide design services at this time.


Q: Does Delta Tree Farms sell more than just trees?

A: Yes, we also sell a variety of shrubs, vines, and annuals.


Q: Does Delta sell sod?

A: No, we do not currently sell sod.


Q: Does Delta Tree Farms sell soil?

A: Yes, we do sell potting soil in 1 and 2 cubic foot bags as well as various bagged soil mixes, amendments, & fertilizers.


Q: Does Delta Tree Farms sell house plants?

A: We offer very few plants that can be grown indoors due the nature of our outdoor facility.


Q: Does Delta Tree Farms sell bulbs or seeds?

A: No, we do not carry those.


Q: Does Delta offer tree planting or pruning services?

A: We do not offer those services at this time. Some of our employees do provide those services on their own time, not affiliated with Delta.


Q: Does Delta deliver plant material?

A: Yes, we do deliver to many locations in our area for a fee based on the distance.
